Public meeting facilitation for the Gila National Forest Plan revision (client: Gila National Forest)

Preparation of a conservation plan for White Sands pupfish and an environmental assessment (EA) for implementation of the plan (client: White Sands Missile Range).

Preparation of an EA for construction of a terminal fish barrier on the Rio Costilla in the Valle Vidal Unit of the Carson National Forest for restoration of Rio Grande cutthroat trout to the drainage.  Supporting documents were also prepared including a biological assessment, management indicator species report, migratory bird assessment, wetland delineation report, and project record (client: New Mexico Department of Game and Fish).

Survey, capture and translocation of federal-listed species at the NM Highway 15 bridge crossing of the West Fork Gila River for the bridge reconstruction project.  Listed species included Chiricahua leopard frog, narrowheaded garter snake, loach minnow, spikedace, and headwater chub (client: Federal Highway Administration).

Preparation of an EA for restoration of Rio Grande cutthroat trout to the Las Animas Creek drainage on the Gila National Forest and adjacent Ladder Ranch.  Supporting documents were also prepared including a biological assessment, management indicator species report, migratory bird assessment, and project record (client: New Mexico Department of Game and Fish).
